Day 1: Arrival in Tashkent

  • Arrive in Tashkent and transfer to the hotel.

  • Visit Khasti Imam Complex, home to the historic Uthman Qur’an, a madrassah, mosque, and the Mausoleum of Abubakr Kaffal-Shashi.

  • Take a city tour: see Independence Square, Amir Temur Square, and the famous Tashkent Metro with its beautiful stations.

  • Dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight in Tashkent.

Day 2: Tashkent → Samarkand

  • Early morning train to Samarkand (around 2 hours).

  • Visit the city’s top sights:

    • Gur-Emir Mausoleum

    • Registan Square with Ulugbek, Shir Dor & Tillya-Kari Madrasahs

    • Bibikhonim Mosque

    • Siyab Bazaar

    • Shakhi-Zinda Complex – a stunning collection of ancient mausoleums.

  • Dinner and overnight in Samarkand.

Day 3: Samarkand

  • Visit Khodja Daniyar Mausoleum and Afrosiyob Museum.

  • Lunch, then see Mirzo Ulugbek Observatory and an old paper factory.

  • Free time to explore. Dinner and overnight in Samarkand.

Day 4: Samarkand → Bukhara

  • Take the morning train to Bukhara (about 2 hours).

  • Visit nearby sights:

    • Bakhouddin Nakshband Mausoleum

    • Chor Bakr Necropolis

  • Explore Lyabi Khause Complex in the old city.

  • Dinner and overnight in Bukhara.

Day 5: Bukhara → Khiva (by road)

  • Drive through the Kyzylkum Desert and cross the Amudarya River (8–9 hrs, 470 km).

  • Arrive in Khiva, check in, and rest.

  • Free evening. Dinner and overnight in Khiva.

Day 6: Khiva → Urgench → Tashkent

  • Morning walking tour of ancient Khiva (Ichan-Kala):

    • Mukhammad Aminkhan & Rakhimkhan madrassahs

    • Kalta-Minor, Kunya Ark, Juma Mosque

    • Tash Khovli Palace, Islam Khodja Minaret

    • Pakhlawan Mahmud Mausoleum

  • Free time, then transfer to Urgench Airport for your evening flight to Tashkent.

  • Arrive in Tashkent, transfer to hotel. Overnight.

Day 7: Departure

  • Breakfast, check out, and transfer to the airport for your flight.

  • Flight to your next destination (Astana).
